Born in China and educated in the United States, Amy is more than just an attorney you might find through google reviews. She understands the intricacies of American law, its nuances and complexities, while also retains a keen awareness of cultural influences and their impact on legal interpretations.  This dual vision allows Amy to translate complex legal jargon into clear, understandable terms, ensuring her clients, no matter their heritage, are fully informed and empowered to navigate the legal landscape with confidence.

Unlike many others, Amy’s legal career is distinguished by a robust background in both transactional law and litigation. Amy’s legal career began in law school when she started clerking for a Federal Bankruptcy Judge in the summer months. Following graduation, Amy worked as an in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 commercial real estate construction & investment company, where she developed her passion for real estate law. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Amy has successfully represented clients in a variety of legal matters.

Amy's commitment to service her clients extends beyond mere legal expertise. Amy completed college at University of Wisconsin and obtained her J.D. degree from University of Houston Law Center. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Jim Nystrom is an attorney (of counsel) at Harmony Law Group. With over 30 years of experience in business law, and wills & trusts, he has assisted clients in a wide variety of legal matters. Jim received heis law degree from Emory Law School and his L.L.M. in tax law from Georgia State School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.

ASSOCIATE ATTONREY

Caitlyn Tucker is an associate attorney at Harmony Law Group, where she focuses on estate planning and real estate transactions. She graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in May 2024 and is a member of the Florida Bar. Caitlyn is also awaiting admission to the State Bar of Georgia.

During law school, Caitlyn gained practical experience in the Defender Aid Clinic and the Family and Child Legal Advocacy Clinic, assisting clients with diverse legal needs. Her work shaped her client-focused approach, and she is dedicated to delivering effective, personalized solutions to her clients.
